SHS Pre-Admission

For Incoming College Freshman

Requirements:

  • Senior High School Report Card (Form 138)
  • Form 137A
  • Entrance Examination Result
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • PSA Birth Certificate (photocopy)
  • Ishihara Test Result (for Maritime courses only)
  • 1×1 pictures with blue background (2 pcs)
  • Application Form (download here)

Procedure:

  1. Admission clerk issues an application form
  2. Fill out the application form and proceed to clinic for Ishihara Test (for Maritime courses only),
  3. Pay the entrance exam fee of P100.00 at the Cashier’s office
  4. Submit the accomplished form and the official receipt to the Guidance office
  5. Guidance clerk administers the examination
  6. The entrance examination result will be released the next day
  7. Submit the application form with the examination result to the Admission clerk for assessment
  8. Submit the admission requirements and secure an acceptance letter
  9. Sign a random testing consent form and anti-fraternity waiver along with the inventory form
  10. Admission clerk collects the admission documents and put them in a brown envelope
  11. Submit the brown envelop to the Registrar’s office

For Incoming College Transferees

Requirements:

  • Transcript of Records or Certification of Grades
  • Honorable Dismissal/ Transfer Credentials
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
  • Entrance Examination Result
  • Ishihara Test Result (for Maritime courses only)
  • 1×1 pictures with blue background (2 pcs)
  • Application form (download here)

Procedure:

  1. Admission clerk issues an application form

  3. Evaluation of Grades
  4. Pay the entrance exam fee of P100.00 at the Cashier’s office

ENROLLMENT PROCESS FOR NEW STUDENTS

1. Fill up the online pre-registration form here:

2. ONLINE ENTRANCE EXAM & ISHIHARA TEST FOR MARITIME Save
– Register as STUDENT at https://edmodo.com/ and use ‘a9ujuz’ as your class code. You will be directed to the waiting room before taking your online entrance exam.
– For those enrolling in BS Marine Transportation or BS Marine Engineering, you will be required to take the additional Ishihara Test portion of the Entrance Exam.
– Results of your exam may be viewed at https://sites.google.com/wbc.edu.ph/wbc-exam-result/ 2-3 days after you have finished the exam.

3. Submit a photo or scanned copy of the following documents to admission@wbc.edu.ph with “NEW STUDENT DOC SUBMISSION” as the subject.

4. You will receive an email detailing your tuition and classes from the Registrar’s Office.

5. Pay for down payment via the following channels:

6. E-mail a scanned copy or photo of your deposit slip with your full name written on it to accounting@wbc.edu.ph. For online transactions, take a screenshot and e-mail your proof of payment to accounting@wbc.edu.ph. Please include your full name and course in the e-mail with “NEW STUDENT PAYMENT” as the subject.

7.You will receive your letter of acceptance from the Office of the Registrar via e-mail which makes your enrollment official. Congratulations and welcome to West Bay College!
