The Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering (BSMarE) program offered by WBC is basically designed to prepare engine cadets for carrying out tasks, duties and responsibilities as Officers-in-charge (OIC) of a navigational on seagoing ships of 750kW propulsion power or more, both at sea and in port.
